Related Techsr properties (for example solar.thetechsr.com) may publish their own privacy notices. This page is the privacy policy for the root site thetechsr.com.

When you use our software products under a separate licence or support agreement, additional product-specific terms may apply to account data inside those applications.

2. How we use information

• To reply to enquiries and provide product, demo, pricing or support information you requested

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies that help pages work and that measure visits. We may use Google Analytics (and related Google tags via Google Tag Manager where configured) to see aggregated traffic such as page views and engagement. Google may set its own cookies under Google’s policies.

If we show Google AdSense or other ads on this site, those services may use cookies to serve and measure ads, including interest-based ads where allowed. You can control many ad preferences through Google’s ad settings and your browser cookie controls. We will update this page if ad products go live or change materially.

4. Sharing

We may share enquiry details with people who need them to serve you, for example our sales or support team. We may also use trusted hosting, email and ticketing providers that process data only to run this site and related support tools. We may disclose information if required by law.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

5. Retention and security

We keep enquiry and related records only as long as needed for the purpose you contacted us, for legitimate business records, or as required by law. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect information, but no website transmission is completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may email info@thetechsr.com or support@thetechsr.com to ask what personal information we hold about you from this site, to correct it, or to request deletion where we are not required to keep it. You can also stop promotional messages by asking us in writing. Browser settings let you block or delete cookies; some site features may then work less well.

7. Children

This website is aimed at adults and businesses interested in ERP, accounting and related software services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
